I bought something but did not receive it

Close the game completely and open it again. Any purchase that was paid for but not yet delivered is handed to the game automatically when it starts. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of the purchase.

Coin Doubler is gone after reinstalling or on a new device

Open the shop, go to the Gems tab and tap Restore purchases. Coin Doubler is also restored automatically when the game starts while you are signed in with the same Apple Account. Gems are consumable and cannot be restored.

A purchase says it is waiting for approval

If Ask to Buy is turned on for your account, the purchase is delivered as soon as the family organizer approves it. You do not need to buy it again.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My progress on a new device

When iCloud is on, your progress is kept in your own iCloud storage. Open the game on the new device before playing a run there and your progress comes back.

Game Center

Sign in to Game Center in the Settings app to post your best score. The leaderboard is under Records > Game Center leaderboard.
