1. What stays on your device

• Game progress: scores, coins, gems, upgrades, the marble dex and settings such as sound.
• A record of which purchases were delivered, so the same purchase is never given twice.

This is stored in the app's local storage and is removed when you delete the app.

2. iCloud (iPhone)

If iCloud is on, a copy of your game progress is kept in your own iCloud key-value storage so it can come back on a new device. This storage belongs to your Apple Account and is handled by Apple; we cannot see or access it.

3. Game Center (iPhone)

If you are signed in to Game Center, your best score is posted to the game's Game Center leaderboard and shown with your Game Center nickname. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your Apple Account details.

4. In-app purchases

Gem packs and Coin Doubler are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase (or Google Play Billing on Android). The store processes payment; we never receive your card number, billing address or other payment details. Refunds follow the store's own policy.

5. Advertising and tracking

The game shows no ads, does not read advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID), and does not track you across other apps or websites.

6. Children

The game is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, no information about children is collected either.

7. Changes and contact
